Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Delivery

• Shipping is free worldwide on orders over ₺1,000.
• Delivery times vary by destination and local customs processing — international orders generally take longer than domestic ones.
• You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country.

Returns

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment account once the returned item is received and inspected.
